To personalize your plaque with a photo of your pet, an expanded special message or both, indicate in the space to the right how you would like your plaque to read. AMS will send you a confirming email within 24 hours to verify your order and your personal message or photo.
To have a photo of your pet laser engraved on your plaque email a digital photo to: jeff@animalmemorialservice.com. The best photo to use will be one that has a distinct contrast between your pet and the background in the photo.
IMPORTANT - The plaque size that AMS will use is 3" x 4" so there is a limit to the space available. If you have any comments please place them below what you would like AMS to inscribe on the plaque.
