Plaque Customization

You have the option of personalizing your pet’s urn by changing the inscription on the laser engraved plaque attached to the front.  You may add phrases, dates, or even a picture of your pet to the plaque. There is a small fee for this service.  If no changes are made, your pet’s name will appear on the plaque. If you would like to customize your plaque click here.

Urn Customization

Aguajito Veterinary Hospital has selected the Maple wood urn (shown to the right) to be used to return your pet's ashes.  If you do nothing at all your pet's ashes will be returned in the urn shown with your pet's name laser engraved on a plaque attached to the front.

AMS also offers the same Maple wood urn with a Cherry or Mahogany finish, a Pine Wood urn or a Ceramic Vase (Black or Iridescent White) for an additional $15.  These are our standard urns and can be ordered through this website by clicking here.
